What areas do you cover?
We cover the UK mainland. For the Isle of Wight there is an additional charge of £275 for the transfer of the deceased and the return of cremated remains.

What is a direct cremation?
A direct cremation is a low-cost alternative to a traditional funeral. Your loved one will be treated with the same care and respect as every other deceased that is brought into our Care Centres. They will be placed in a traditional coffin, with handles and a nameplate, and cared for until the committal takes place at our preferred partner crematorium.

Can I attend a direct cremation?No, attendance is not permitted. We will advise you of the date of the committal, however we are unable to advise a time (although the cremation will take place within normal working hours).

When will I receive the cremated remains?We will deliver the cremated remains to you within 28 days of the cremation. If you require the cremated remains sooner there is an additional charge of £125. However, should you prefer not to receive the cremated remains, we can arrange for them to scattered in the Garden of Remembrance at the crematorium.

When do I have to pay?We require full payment at the time you make the funeral arrangements. If you are making a Funeral Expenses Payment claim please let us know when you call.

How do I make a payment?We accept payment by debit card, credit card and bank transfer.

Are there any hidden extras?There are no ‘hidden’ extras - all of our additional fees are clearly listed on the Our Prices page.
