- Transfer of your loved one into our care, using our own uniformed staff and specialist vehicles
- Looking after your loved one at one of our own Care Centres
- Preparation of your loved one for the coffin in a respectful and dignified manner
- Provision of a quality, traditional coffin with handles and name plate
- Transfer to our preferred partner crematorium in a specialist vehicle
- Telephone, email and Zoom support to complete all required paperwork from experienced funeral arrangers
- Advice and help if a Funeral Expenses Payment claim is to be made
- Delivery of the cremated remains to you within twenty-eight days of the cremation
